What a delight! As we promised……. On this day we will honor the continuation, exploration of the Sherries. We missed and hinted a few of them but this time we will pair them again to Chef Asa’a palate to a 5 course pairing. Our esteemed friend, Sommelier Thera Clark, will host and guide you to better understand and enjoy its nuances. It has been nothing but a great experience to see them and our team work together to create that memorable bite.

Simple: The Spanish fortified wine (brandy is added after fermentation to boost the alcohol content) is deliciously unique: sometimes sweet, sometimes saline and bracingly dry, often nutty and whiskey-like. Ferona is a proud sponsor of the Finger Lakes Walk to End Alzheimers and will be hosting a yoga class taught by Judy O’Donnell. The class will be 45 minutes on the spacious mezzanine at Ferona.
